As an industrial engineering business established for six years concentrating on providing a dynamic balancing capability both on-site and/or at the workshop facility, whichever is practical, and a laser-alignment service on-site.
Workshop capacity for dynamic-balancing is up to 2 tonne, 1.8 metre diameter and 4 + metre length.
Minimum sizes can be catered for where practical.
Both one-off orders and production runs (minimum notice required please) are catered for.

The laser alignment service is usually required at the customer's premises for drive / coupling arrangements of pumps, gearboxes and motors etc. but can also be provided for datum point checks on machine-beds e.g. turbine-sets, or the parallel set-up of rolls e.g. papermaking machines.
Laser Alignment tolerances to manufacturer specification or laser instrumentation recommendation.
A4 Alignment Certification supplied.
The value of correctly balanced and aligned machinery is considerable and cannot be underestimated. Rotating equipment running vibration free, reduces wear, noise and unwanted expense to a minimum and can dramatically improve the surface finish of the product.
